The mirrors stay in place, don't need constant adjustments. Did discover when installing them on a 2023 Polaris Ranger 1000 that of the 4 screws provided for each mirror, 2 for each mirror were to short to use. To install the mirror, we needed 4 of the long screws (2 short and 2 long were provided for each mirror and would probably work fine on a different model of UTV). Contacted Kemimoto customer support by email, explained what the issue was and provided a picture. They were very responsive and we received 4 of the needed long screws shortly after so we could finish installation of both side mirrors. In the picture, I circled the location where the longer screws were needed.
